How to activate your kit.

Activating your kit is simple. First, locate your unique Kit Activation ID, which is printed on a sticker on the outside of your box and on the instruction card inside. Enter that ID using the activation field at the top of this page, then provide your contact information and the property address where the sample was taken. This same Kit ID also serves as your Lab Sample ID, so please write it on the Chain of Custody form that you will mail back to our lab with your sample.

  • Your unique ID is printed on a sticker located on the outside/inside of your kit box, and also on the main instruction card inside.

  • You will typically receive your digital report via email within 3-5 business days after our lab receives your sample.

  • Each kit has a unique ID and must be activated separately. Please complete the activation process for each kit you plan to use.
