Lead Risk Assessment

$1,170.00

Go beyond just finding lead. Understand the actual risk. A Lead Risk Assessment from Envirogyn is a comprehensive service designed to determine if lead on your property is posing an active health hazard to your family, children, or tenants.

This assessment is essential for homes built before 1978, especially those with young children, pregnant individuals, or visible peeling and chipping paint.

What is the difference?

  • A Lead Inspection (sold separately) answers one question: "Is lead-based paint present?"

  • A Lead Risk Assessment answers a more critical question: "Is that lead paint an active hazard?"
