Summary Report: You will receive a clear, easy-to-understand Preliminary Assessment report detailing our findings and professional recommendations for the next steps, such as risk assessment or abatement, if necessary.
Billing for Samples & Additional Time
Please note that the $315 base fee is required to book your appointment and does not include full XRF testing, professional lab samples, or any inspection time beyond the first hour.
These items will be discussed with you on-site and billed on a final invoice after the service is complete:
Additional Inspection Time:$125 per hour (Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour, as needed for larger or more complex properties.)
XRF Lead Testing (Optional):$20.00 per room/major component (Non-destructive testing using X-Ray Fluorescence technology to check dozens of surfaces quickly.)
Professional Sampling (Optional):$40.00 per sample (For collecting paint chip, dust, or soil samples for laboratory analysis to confirm XRF results or test areas XRF can't reach.)
Third-Party Lab Analysis:Included with the price of each sample, providing precise, unbiased, and accurate results from an accredited laboratory.
