Your $245 Base Inspection Fee Includes:
Service Call & Travel: All travel time to and from your property.
Non-Invasive Visual Survey: A thorough visual inspection of all readily accessible areas by a certified professional to identify moisture intrusion, water damage, and visible signs of microbial growth. (This fee covers the first hour of on-site inspection time.)
Summary Report: You will receive a clear, easy-to-understand report detailing our preliminary assessment and professional recommendations for the next steps, if necessary.
Billing for Samples & Additional Time
Please note that the $245 base fee is required to book your appointment and does not include mold samples or any inspection time beyond the first hour.
These items will be discussed with you on-site and billed on a final invoice after the service is complete:
Additional Inspection Time: $99 per hour (Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour, as needed for larger or more complex properties.)
Professional Sampling (Optional): $131.31 per sample (air) or $97.59 per sample (surface).
Third-Party Lab Analysis: Included with the price of each sample, providing precise, unbiased, and accurate results.

How Many Samples Do I Need?
2 Samples (Base Package): Ideal for a general air quality screen in a smaller home or apartment (one indoor sample and one outdoor control).
3-4 Samples: Recommended for homes with 1-2 specific areas of concern (e.g., a musty basement and a discolored spot on a bathroom ceiling).
5+ Samples: Best for larger properties or homes with multiple areas of concern.
