Please Note: This service provides the complete diagnosis of the problem. It does not include the remediation plan. If mold is found, you will have the option to purchase our Mold Remediation Protocol, which provides a detailed, step-by-step plan for a contractor to fix it.

Section 2: How Many Samples Do I Need?
2 Samples (Base Package): Ideal for a general air quality screen in a smaller home or apartment (one indoor sample and one outdoor control).
3-4 Samples: Recommended for homes with 1-2 specific areas of concern (e.g., a musty basement and a discolored spot on a bathroom ceiling).
5+ Samples: Best for larger properties or homes with multiple areas of concern.
