Editor’s Note: Envirogyn is entering a period of significant strategic growth. In this post, our CEO, Dr. Charles Lehnhoff, outlines the plan for the 4th quarter and beyond, detailing our new digital strategy, service expansions, and a long-term vision for a healthier, safer environment.

This has been a pivotal year for Envirogyn, one defined by growth and a focused investment in our future. As we look to the final quarter of 2025, I’m not just seeing a strong finish to the year; I’m seeing the foundation for our next five years of impact.

The world is facing more complex environmental challenges than ever, from emerging contaminants in our water to aging infrastructure in our homes and workplaces. Our clients—whether they are developers, property managers, or homeowners—are asking for one thing: certainty.

Our long-term plan is built to deliver exactly that. We are strategically scaling our business by integrating our core pillars: expert consulting, certified remediation, and advanced laboratory science. Today, I want to share the next steps in that plan.

A New Digital Presence

This quarter, you will see the launch of our new, fully redesigned website. This is more than a marketing update; it's the new front door to our services and our science.

Our goal is to make environmental health accessible to everyone. The new Envirogyn.com will be a resource hub, making it easy for clients to find the services they need, from a large-scale Phase I ESA to a single mold inspection.

A key part of this strategy is the launch of Laboratory Kits Direct, our new e-commerce store. For the first time, homeowners and small businesses can order our accredited, lab-certified testing kits for mold, water, and lead directly from us. This new platform empowers people to get the same high-quality data our professional clients rely on, putting the power of our lab directly in their hands.

Expanding Our Core Services

You can't manage what you don't measure. The heart of Envirogyn has always been our laboratory, and our growth strategy starts there. In Q4, we are officially launching our Emerging Contaminants Division, with a focus on testing for PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances).

These "forever chemicals" are one of the most pressing public health challenges of our time. By investing heavily in new equipment and certifications, our lab will be one of the few in the region capable of providing definitive, low-level testing for PFAS in water and soil. This new service will be a critical resource for municipalities, water suppliers, and commercial property owners navigating new EPA regulations.

Growing to Serve You Better (Our New Office)

Our impact is local. To provide the rapid-response remediation and on-site consulting our clients depend on, we must be part of the communities we serve.

I am thrilled to officially announce that we will be opening our new Texas City office in the first quarter of 2026. This new, expanded facility will serve as a regional hub for our entire Texas operation. It will not only give us a local base for our consulting and remediation teams—slashing response times for projects in the area—but will also house a state-of-the-art satellite laboratory for faster sample processing.

Our Long-Term Plan

Our new website, our expanded lab services, and our new office are not isolated projects. They are the first steps in our long-term plan to be the most trusted, integrated environmental health partner in the nation.

Our vision for the coming years is built on a seamless, full-stack approach:

  1. Expert Consulting: Providing proactive, data-driven advice (Phase I/II, Asbestos, Lead, Mold) so our clients can make smart decisions before a problem arises.

  2. Accessible Lab Science: Delivering definitive, fast, and affordable data—through both our professional services and our new Laboratory Kits Direct store—to provide the certainty everyone deserves.

  3. Rapid Remediation: Deploying our certified teams to safely and completely restore any environment, with the full backing of our lab for clearance testing and verification.

This is an exciting moment for our company. We are investing in our tools, our technology, and, most importantly, our people. I want to thank the entire Envirogyn team for their unwavering dedication to our mission, and our clients for placing their trust in us. We are just getting started.
